Welcome to Fall

Even though fall officially began over a week ago, it really feels like fall to me when October rolls around. As we say goodbye to summer and welcome a new season, we can take cues from the changes that nature shares with us. We unravel from summer's abundant, exciting, wild energy and yield to autumn's invitation to slow down, find balance, and cultivate more ease. My tendency is to try to do a bit more, get one more thing done, say yes to too many things, and attach to summer's energetic pace. This season, I seek to find more ways to align with fall's nudge towards comfort, balance, and ease with yoga nidra, journaling, and attention to how I fill my days. I invite you to notice what it is that you need to find more balance and ease in each of your days.
