November New Moon

Happy New Moon! I hope November is off to a good start for you. Both a new month and a new moon offers an opportunity to begin anew. We can reflect on what went well and what habits or thought patterns that may have developed that no longer serve us. As we transition to shorter and chillier days, it's a wonderful time to turn inwards, find time for quiet stillness, self-care, and let go of what you no longer need, as best as you can. Letting go is one that I am really trying to work on, as it sounds easy, but can be so hard in practice. But when we let go, we open ourselves to receiving.

Astrologers say this new moon (November 4, 2:14pm PT) is a potent one, and as always, it's a great time to set new intentions, nourish your wellbeing, and listen to what you need. I recommend focusing on mindful movement with breath and lying down for yoga nidra. Find resources linked below.
