Introducing: Yoga Nidra On-Demand

It is said that one hour of yoga nidra is equivalent to four hours of deep sleep. This ancient, powerful practice allows you to tune into deepest layers of your being and experience wholeness, simply by laying down and closing your eyes. These days, it can seem radical to rest, but with this act of self-love, you give yourself permission to heal and reset. Yoga nidra means psychic sleep. You surf the states of awareness, inviting your body to fall asleep while your mind travels through the different states. Through this magical practice, you give yourself the opportunity to open your awareness, connect with yourself, and align with the infinite.

This practice is too wonderful not to share. I recently completed my yoga nidra teacher training with Jana Roemer, and am so excited to share this practice with you. I hope to release one yoga nidra practice per season, available on-demand, to be listened to, again and again, whenever it calls to you.
