New Year 2023

We’re already two weeks into 2023, but this year, I’m really allowing myself to let thoughts and dreams simmer, inviting myself to compassionately step towards subtle shifts.

I used to think that the new year meant that I had to start off at a run and a bang. A year can seem to pass by quickly, but really, it’s not a sprint. Rather, I’ve learned over the years to walk, leap, pause, meander, skip, and change pace according to nature’s rhythms of moon cycles and seasons. Here, in the Northern Hemisphere, the new year begins in winter, a season that invites resting, rooting, restoring. For me, it’s about honoring these things, while embracing the opportunity for new beginnings.

This year, my intention is to align with my purpose, my truth. This theme is not a new one, but one that I continue to clarify. By focusing on how I can live fully embodied and in the generous present moment, I illuminate a path towards a greater oneness experience and a life truly savored.

If you’d like to join me on this journey of love and embodied wholeness, you can find live classes here and on-demand practices here. This year, I will be sharing more special offerings and workshops both in-person and virtually. Sign up for my newsletter to be the first to learn more!

With love,

Catherine
