Yoga Foundations Workshop Series

My Yoga Foundations Series is for anyone who is brand new to yoga or wants to return to or find clarity with the basics.  Whether you are a new practitioner or want to dive deeper into the foundations of your physical practice, this workshop series is for you.  

Each week focuses on different parts of the body.  Class will be devoted to learning foundational alignment for each part of the body, putting what you have learned into a yoga practice, and answering commonly asked questions.

Learn the how and why for alignment cues.  Connect to your physical practice and each pose with more awareness.  Join any group yoga class after this series with more confidence and strength.  Walk away with knowledge shared typically in teacher training programs.
